Any person who has registered an account on the bety247 platform or is using its services is considered a "User" or "Member".

"Funds" or "Account Balance"
This refers collectively to the Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) deposited in a user's account and the balance used in all gaming transactions.
Applicability
These terms and conditions take effect from the date of publication on the bety247 platform. The platform's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines are an inseparable part of these terms. In the event of any conflict, these terms will take precedence.
2. Account Registration
Registration Requirements
- Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address or household is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful, accurate and up to date. Providing false information may result in account cancellation.
- Keeping the account password confidential is entirely the user's responsibility. The user is solely responsible for any unauthorised use of their account.
- Transferring, selling or lending an account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
- The Operator may at any time request the user to complete an identity verification (KYC) process. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is completed.
Identity Verification: The bety247 platform may request a National Identity Card (NID), passport or other government-issued documents to confirm a user's identity. This is necessary for your security and to prevent fraud.
3. Eligibility and Age Requirements
Age Requirement
The minimum age to use the bety247 platform is 21 years (21+). Only users aged 21 or above may open an account and participate in betting or gaming activities. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
Participation Eligibility
- The user must be of sound mind and a voluntary participant.
- If online gaming or betting is legally prohibited in the user's own country or region, they are not eligible to participate. It is the user's own responsibility to verify their legal standing.
- Individuals who have previously been banned from the platform by the Operator are not eligible to re-register.
- bety247 operators, employees and their immediate family members may not participate in bonus programmes.
4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 — applicable for all payment methods.
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
- Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in the user's own name. Deposits through third parties are not accepted.
- Funds will be added to the account balance only after a successful deposit. Processing time depends on the payment method.
Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- The standard withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
- Withdrawals will be sent only via the same method and to the same account used for the deposit.
- If identity verification has not been completed, the withdrawal process may be delayed. Additional documents may be requested for large withdrawal amounts.
Fraud Prevention: If money laundering or fraud is suspected, the Operator reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction. Accounts may be kept under investigation in cases of suspicious transactions.
5. Bonus and Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
bety247 offers a 200% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement is 10 times the total bonus amount. For example:
- ৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000. Before withdrawing the bonus, a total of ৳20,000 (bonus × 10) must be wagered.
- ৳22,000 deposit → ৳20,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳42,000.
General Bonus Rules
- A bonus is applicable only once per user. Claiming a bonus through duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- The Operator reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
- If misuse of the bonus system is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
- Each promotion has its own specific validity period. Expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
VIP Programme
bety247 has three VIP tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze Tier: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Silver Tier: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Gold Tier: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Moving up to a higher VIP tier is possible through regular gaming activity and active participation on the platform. The cashback amount depends on the member's gaming activity.
6. Gaming Rules
General Gaming Terms
- The outcome of all games is determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial and verifiable.
- Once a game round has started, it cannot be cancelled. Even if the connection is lost, the bet remains active and the result will be saved in the system.
- If a game round is left incomplete due to a technical error, the Operator will investigate to reach a fair resolution.
- The terms and conditions of game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft and others) may also apply.
- Always play responsibly. Betting is for entertainment — not as a source of income.
Sports Betting
Betting is available on a variety of sporting events including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA) and kabaddi. The following rules apply to sports betting:
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded or settled according to the applicable rules.
- Odds in live betting may change at any time. The odds at the moment the bet is confirmed will apply.
- Bets placed using match-fixing or an unfair advantage gained through unethical means will be cancelled.
7. Prohibited Activities
Warning: Involvement in any of the activities listed below may result in permanent account cancellation and forfeiture of balance.

- Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds.
- Operating games using bots, automation software or artificial intelligence.
- Abusing the bonus system — such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
- Attempting to hack, crack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's software.
- Harassing, insulting or deceiving other users.
- Attempting any technical manipulation or seeking an unfair advantage to influence game outcomes.
- Creating an account under a false identity or using another person's identity.
8. Personal Data and Privacy

11. Limitations of Liability
Scope of Operator Liability
- The operator is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, server outages, or internet connection issues, but will endeavor to provide a fair resolution.
- The operator is not directly liable for server issues caused by third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, etc.).
- The operator is not liable for losses arising from negligence regarding the user's own device, internet connection, or password security.
- If there are typographic errors in displayed bonus offers or promotions, the operator reserves the right to correct them.
Indemnification
The user agrees to indemnify the operator for any losses, claims, lawsuits, or expenses incurred by the operator as a result of the user's breach of these terms. This clause remains in effect after the user stops using the platform.
12. Changes to Terms
